Are you just another white-label brand with a new logo?

How do I apply it for the best results?
Spray 2–4 times at the roots, scrunch it in to activate, then style as normal. Build it up gradually — the number of sprays depends on your hair length and thickness. It works best on hair that's holding some of its natural oils, so you don't always need it freshly washed.
Does it leave any residue?
No. It blends straight into your hair with no white cast, flaking or buildup — just texture and volume with a clean matte finish.

We aim to process and dispatch most orders within 1 business day. Standard UK delivery then usually takes 2–4 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free UK shipping on all orders over £35. Below that, a small fee applies.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our UK warehouse, so delivery is fast and reliable with no customs delays or surprise charges.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we'll send a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We'll fix it. Send us a photo and your order number at support@romor.co and we'll get a replacement out to you — no need to return anything.
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
Things usually run smoothly, but couriers occasionally slip up. If it's been more than 7 days and your order hasn't moved, email us at support@romor.co and we'll chase it down or send a replacement.
What is the ROMOR Guarantee?
Simple: you've got 30 days from delivery to decide if it's for you. If you're not happy, email us and we'll handle the refund.
Do I need to send the product back to get a refund?
In most cases, no. Just email us and we'll take care of it. If we do need anything returned, we'll let you know.

How do I request a refund?
Email support@romor.co with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We respond fast and we'll get it sorted.
Can I exchange it for something else?
We don't do direct exchanges, but you can get a refund and place a new order. If you want a hand picking the right product, just message us.
Do you refund shipping?
If we got it wrong — wrong item or a damaged product — yes. For a standard change-of-mind refund, shipping isn't included.
